Flag Football: $90.00
Tackle Football: $150.00 (All Divisions)
Cheerleading: $65.00 (Cheerleading cost does not include uniform)
Please have MPWFCA Registration, Physical Forms and Player Contract filled out PRIOR to Registration as it will greatly speed the process. You will need a COPY of child's birth certificate and a COPY of their last report card. Thank you!
Physicals will NOT be conducted during registration. They will need to have their physician do the physical and fill out the physical form. Children will not be able to practice until all registration forms, report card, and current physical are on file - NO EXCEPTIONS.     |
